their expectations.
- To ensure that all mainframe on-line systems are available
at 6:00 AM each day.
- Ensure that all daily batch processing is completed on schedule
through proper utilization, development, and monitoring of
CA7 job scheduler per the customers specifications.
- To provide professional quality print services and output
delivery.
- We average about 325,000,000 print lines and approximately
10,400,000 print pages per month.

- Replacement and upgrade of IBM printers, Upgrade of Tape
Management silo system, Site study for new Data Center Complex,
and facility improvements (carpet, paint, wallpaper).
