Services available to State agencies include Applications Development and Management Strategies (ADM), Strategic Data Management (SDM), Network Computing Client/Server (NCCS) and others. Faulkner Advisory on Computer and Communications Technologies (FACCTS)FACCTS provide in-depth discussions on a wide variety of technologies. Research is available on topics such as systems administration, resource management, vendor evaluation and selection, product evaluation and selection, marketplace tracking, and understanding and employing technology strategies. The reports are generally very readable to both technical and non-technical personnel and can provide a general view of a technology topic.
