- Our Primary Mission:
- To provide enterprise solutions for business needs in a cost
effective manner, thereby increasing the efficiency of State government
through technology.
- Primary Objectives to Serve the Customer:

- ECM: Provide a cost effective and robust document and content
management capabilities, workflow and business process management
capabilities, along with a highly secure and flexible storage
environment for these services.
- Business Intelligence: Brings an emphasis to the delivery of timely,
accurate, and consistent information to the decision makers in the State
who are responsible for managing all aspects of how the organization meets
their business objectives and goals, both internally and externally.
Managing the State’s information at an enterprise level to provide the
best service to the citizens of Tennesssee.
- State Portal Management: Bring a new emphasis to the partnership
that exist between OIR, State Agencies, and the Portal Vendor.
An improved process will be put in place that provides agencies
with increased support from the State Portal Manager in the
preparation and submission of portal projects and the on-going
support of the Portal Vendor.
- Projects:

- Establishment of new Portal contract
- Building the ECM infrastructure
- Support for Business Intelligence initiatives including
Financial Data Warehouse, Revenue Data Warehouse, and Families First Data Warehouse
- Review of Business Intelligence platform
