OCJP Data Collection Guidelines

The OCJP Data Collection Guidelines provides instruction on how to count clients and services, which type(s) of surveys to use for your OCJP grant and explains why outcomes are important.  The Guidelines also provide a list of FVPSA, METH, SASP, STOP and VOCA service definitions.

Managing for Results Guidebook

The Managing for Results Guidebook is a primer for victim services agencies who are involved with the Office of Criminal Justice Programs. This primer is intended to bring you on board with the requirements of OCJP to report client outcomes.

Managing for Results Workbook

Using the simple yet sound concepts, principles and techniques described in this Trainee Workbook will enable you to create a performance measurements system for your agency.

Sample Surveys

Client Outcome Survey

This report will be completed for the following project types:  Child Advocacy, Comprehensive Victim Services, Non-Shelter Domestic Violence Services, Elder/Disabled, Law Enforcement, Legal Services, Prosecution, Sexual Assault and Victim-Witness/Victim Advocacy).  See the OCJP Data Collection Guidelines for more information.

Domestic Violence Shelter Programs Client Outcome Survey

Subrecipient agencies that receive an FVPSA grant from OCJP will submit one FVPSA Domestic Violence Shelter Programs Outcome Report for all residential and non-residential domestic violence client surveys.  See the OCJP Data Collection Guidelines for more information.

Training Participant Survey

OCJP training grants, including Law Enforcement Training Grants, will submit a Training Survey Outcome Report to report training participant survey results.

Starting with the 2010-2011 grant year, all OCJP victim service grants that use grant funds to put on a training event(s) for professionals or allied professionals will need to distribute training surveys to participants and report the results on a Training Survey Outcome Report.  See the OCJP Data Collection Guidelines for more information.
