The Property Utilization Division redistributes personal property declared as surplus by a State agency or the Federal government. This property is redistributed to other state agencies and eligible recipients as needed. Surplus property not needed by State agencies and eligible recipients are sold to the general public via Internet Auction. The Property Utilization Division provides the following programs:
