The Records Consulting and Analytical Services provides professional
level records management services to State government agencies.
Services provided by this section include:
- Records Management Consulting and
Analysis
- The Division provides records management consultation to State
agencies. The consulting and analytical staff provides assistance in
retention schedule development, the development and purchase of
automated information and micrographic systems, the development of
agencies records management policies and procedures which include
electronic record-keeping standards, files management and cost
benefit analysis.
- Records Management Training
- We offer a variety of records management training classes to
assist State agencies in the management of their records. Classes
are designed to cover every aspect of records management and are
customized to meet an agency's special training needs. The Training
team members are available to speak at agency conferences and
meetings upon request.
