PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Customer Satisfaction is high. In our most recent survey we continued to improve on our prior year's performance in Product Acceptance, Customer Service, Transportation and Computer Support.

99.8 % of all orders received from our clients are filled. The industry average is 95-97%.

The success of our program is based on the development of three working groups including the Board of Standards, consisting of the Commissioners of General Services, Finance and Administration and the State Comptroller, the Cook/Chill Management Group consisting of Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners from the participating agencies and our Board of Directors consisting of various Food Service Managers from our participating receptor sites.

Visitors from around the country, including the federal government, and from around the world have toured our facility to observe how efficiently we do business at the production center.
