Merchandise Return Policy
|
Warehouse Administration has developed this policy to clearly define the return policy and method for the return of merchandise purchased from the main warehouse. Customer agencies must follow this policy in order to receive a credit for return items.

Customer must submit a written request within 30 days from the date of receipt of product.
The written request must explain reason for return and be accompanied by a copy of the original order. Submit to the Division of Warehouse Administration, Customer Service, 6500 Centennial Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37243-8020, fax to 615-350-3078, or email your customer service representative.

Total value of return must be $25 or more.

All items being returned must be in new condition and be in original wrapping(s) or container(s).

Once Warehouse Administration receives the proper documentation from the customer and determines that the return request has met all the required criteria, an "Authorization for Pick Up" will be issued.
Merchandise Pick Up by Carrier: Warehouse Administration will fax a copy of the “Authorization for Pick Up” document to the customer. The customer should retain a copy of the form, and must include a copy in the package being returned. Warehouse Administration will arrange for a carrier to pick up the merchandise. The customer will be billed for return shipping expenses. Exceptions will be made if Warehouse Administration has shipped incorrectly or if product is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt by customer.
Merchandise Pick up by Warehouse Administration: Warehouse Administration’s customer service will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up. The driver will have a copy of “Authorization for Pick Up,” and will pick up only what is listed on the document.

Once product is received back at the warehouse, it will be inspected. If it does not meet the criteria as described above, no refund will be given.

A 25% restocking fee (maximum fee of $300) will be charged for all returns. The only exception will be when Warehouse Administration has shipped incorrectly or when the product is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt.
