The State Postal Services Inserting Unit is equipped with the latest in inserting technology. Through state of the art inserting technology, State Postal Service can take your 81/2” x 11” job, which used to require untold man hours to fold, stuff in an envelope and seal by hand and do it in one fast and easy process with high speed intelligent inserting equipment. We have the staff and the inserting expertise in processing cut-sheet, as well as continuous form documents, and multiple inserts (up to 5 inserts per envelope) in quanities ranging from as few as 500 pieces to 100,000 pieces and more. Why have your staff spend hours doing this kind of work by hand, when we will be more than happy to sit down with you and discuss your individual needs. We will also give you a tour of our award winning processing plant, so you can see each step the documents important to you take in processing.
