The mission of the Property Services Management Division (PSM) is to efficiently and effectively operate, manage, and maintain all facilities assigned to the State's Facilities Revolving Fund in a manner that will ensure a comfortable, safe, and secure working environment for State occupants and their visitors and protect the State's investments in property assets.

Property Services Management administers comprehensive policies and procedures for the management of state-owned and leased facilities statewide, primarily those funded through the Facility Revolving Fund. This includes operational management, maintenance, landscaping and mowing, and fire and life safety programs for unique purpose and high-rise office facilities.
