Bidding Requirements:
$0 to $2000	Agency may purchase without competitive bidding (Informal bid process).
$2000.01 to $5000	Agency obtains competitive bids (Informal bid process).

COMPETITIVE SEALED BIDDING PROCESS
$5000.01 and up	Agency requisitions are processed by the Department of General Services, Purchasing Division.
Bidding Requirements:
$5000.01 to $25,000	Obtain informal competitive bids or formal competitive sealed bids.
$25,000.01 and up	Obtain formal competitive sealed bids.

AGENCY CONTRACTS WITH DELEGATED PURCHASING AUTHORITY FROM BID
Any dollar amt. -	Processed by the Agency granted the delegation. Delegation restricted by commodity.
Bidding Requirements:
$0 to $2000	Agency may purchase without competitive bidding (Informal bid process).
