GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, TBI HEADQUARTERS, 901 HART LANE, NASHVILLE, TN
MOWING (SHORT CUT), EDGING, PRUNING & WEEDING, MULCHING AND TRASH
REMOVAL ARE TO BE RENDERED ON A CYCLIC BASIS AS REQUESTED BY THE
FACILITY MANAGER. PRUNING, WEEDING AND TRASH REMOVAL/PICK-UP SERVICES
ARE TO BE RENDERED ON AN HOURLY BASIS.
VENDOR WILL FURNISH ALL LABOR, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS,
CHEMICALS AND MACHINES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL OPERATIONS IN
CONNECTION WITH THE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TO MEET CUSTOMER
SPECIFICATIONS. SERVICES INCLUDE SHORT CUT MOWING AN ESTIMATED 40
CYCLES FOR APPROXIMATELY 2.5 ACRES; EDGING AN ESTIMATED 40 CYCLES FOR
APPROXIMATELY 2.5 ACRES; PRUNING AND WEEDING AN ESTIMATED 3750 SQUARE
FEET OF TREES, SHRUBS AND FLOWER BEDS APPROXIMATELY 10 CYCLES PER
YEAR ON AN HOURLY RATE AS REQUIRED; MULCHING APPROXIMATELY 3 CYCLES
PER YEAR AND TRASH REMOVAL OF ALL LEAVES, GRASS, LIMBS AND PARKING
LOT TRASH FOR APPROXIMATELY 2.5 ACRES AN ESTIMATED 40 CYCLES PER YEAR.
