SPECS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE - TDOT MOTORPOOL OFFICE
WEEKLY:
1) FLOORS: SWEEP OR DUST MOP LINOLEUM FLOOR AREAS; WET MOP LINOLEUM
FLOOR AREAS, SUPPLY A VACUUM CLEANER AND VACUUM RUG IN WAITING AREA
2) DUSTING: DUST FLAT/ACCESSIBLE SURFACES WITH A PRODUCT SUCH AS LEMON
PLEDGE; DUST ALL OTHER UNEVEN OR HARD TO DUST AREAS SUCH AS WINDOW
BLINDS WITH A FEATHER DUSTER; USE VACUUM CREVICE TOOL TO REMOVE
DUST AND COBWEBS FROM SMALL/CONFINED AREAS; SUPPLY A VACUUM CLEANER
AND VACUUM CHAIRS IN THE WAITING AREA.
3) RESTROOMS:
FILL PAPER TOWEL RACKS EACH WEDNESDAY
REPLACE TOILET TISSUE ROLLS EACH WEDNESDAY
REFILL SOAP DISPENSERS EACH WEDNESDAY
SET OUT EXTRA TOILET TISSUE ROLL IN EACH RESTROOM
CLEAN EACH TOILET INCLUDING OUTSIDE BASE, TANK, FLUSH HANDLE, SEAT
AND SEAT COVER WITH SANITIZING CLEANER.
CLEAN INSIDE OF TOILET BOWL WITH BRUSH AND SANITIZING CLEANSER OR
PRODUCT SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR BOWL CLEANING.
CLEAN SINKS INSIDE AND OUT INCLUDING FAUCET AND HANDLES WITH
SANITIZING CLEANSER.
CLEAN MIRROR WITH GLASS CLEANER.
WINDOWS: CLEAN INSIDE OF WINDOWS WITH WINDOW CLEANER.
LOBBY: CLEAN AND SANITIZE DRINKING FOUNTAIN IN LOBBY.
