The following terms, listed either partially or in their entirety, pertain to all individual contracts under this SWC number. Specifications, if present, will follow the terms and conditions. Please refer to the actual contract document for the entire list of the terms and conditions and complete specifications.

VEHICLE PREP AND INSPECTION SERVICES - TDOT MOTOR POOL - NASHVILLE

DUTIES PERFORMED BY EITHER/BOTH THE SUPERVISOR AND CMRA CLIENT:

1) WASH ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF VEHICLE USING DETERGENT, SPONGES, BRUSHES
OR BRUSHES ATTACHED TO WATER HOSE.
2) ARMOR-ALL ALL TIRES AND OTHER EXTERIOR RUBBER OR PLASTIC PARTS AS
IS APPLICABLE.
3) CLEAN INSIDE OF VEHICLE INCLUDING; REMOVE FLOOR MATS, VACUUM FRONT
AND REAR FLOOR BOARDS, FLOOR MATS AND SEATS AND UNDERNEATH SEATS
USING CREVICE TOOLS WHERE NEEDED; REMOVE ALL TRASH FROM VEHICLE
INCLUDING CUPS, WRAPPERS, ETC.; EMPTY & CLEAN ASHTRAYS, CUP HOLDERS
AND OTHER APPLICABLE COMPARTMENTS; DUST DASHBOARD AREA AND OTHER
HORIZONTAL SURFACES INCLUDING CLEANING GLASS/PLASTIC ON INSTRUMENT
PANEL; REMOVE TRASH, CLEAN & VACUUM TRUNK.
4) WALK ENTIRE FENCE LINE OF THE MOTOR POOL AND PICK-UP TRASH ON THE
INSIDE OF THE FENCE AND OUTSIDE FRONT OF MOTOR POOL FENCE.

DUTIES PERFORMED BY SUPERVISOR ONLY:

1) PERFORM VISUAL INSPECTION OF VEHICLE AND NOTE OR CORRECT ITEMS AS
APPLICABLE INCLUDING; TURN ON LIGHTS, DENOTE ANY LIGHTS NOT WORKING
VERIFY IF ENVELOPE CONTAINING VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE
IS PRESENT; VERIFY IF ROAD MAPS ARE IN VEHICLE, REPLACE IF NOT;
VERIFY ID FUELMAN SITE CHARTS ARE IN VEHICLE AND REPLACE IF NOT;
VISUALLY CHECK TIRES AND DENOTE IF ANY APPEAR TO BE FLAT; CHECK
TRUNK AND VERIFY IF TWO HARD HATS AND TWO VESTS ARE PRESENT.

2) CHECK THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UNDER VEHICLE HOOD: WINDSHIELD WASHER
FLUID; OIL LEVEL; COOLANT LEVEL; TRANSMISSION FLUID; CORROSION
BUILD-UP ON BATTERY TERMINALS. SEE CHECKLIST.

THE FOLLOWING ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY
AND WILL BE COMPLIED WITH EACH TIME THE SERVICE PROVIDER REPS ARE ON
THE PREMISES IN ORDER TO PERFORM VEHICLE PREP & INSPECTION WORK DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

VEHICLE PREP AND INSPECTION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
PERFORMED WEEKLY, WEATHER PERMITTING (I.E., SNOWSTORMS AND FREEZING
WEATHER COULD PROHIBIT COMPLETION OF THESE DUTIES AND TASKS) ON
ON TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS. WORK WILL BEGIN AT 9:00 A.M. AND
END AT 3:00 P.M. THESE ARE THE DAYS AND HOURS THAT THE SERVICE
PROVIDER IS EXPECTED TO PROVIDE PERSONNEL (REPS) FOR WORK AT THE TDOT
MOTOR POOL.

SERVICE PROVIDER PERSONNEL WILL TAKE ONE (1) THIRTY (30) MINUTE
LUNCH PERIOD AND ONE (1) 15 MINUTE BREAK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 AM
AND 3:00 PM.

SERVICE PROVIDER PERSONNEL WILL SIGN IN AND OUT AT THE MOTOR POOL
OFFICE UPON THE START AND STOP OF THE WORK DAY AS WELL AS THE START
AND STOP OF LUNCH PERIOD AND BREAK.
