State Surplus

The Surplus Property Program redistributes State, Federal and Department of Defense personal property declared as surplus to authorized governmental, non-profit, educational, and law enforcement agencies; or, if not needed by these organizations, is sold to the general public via internet auction. Redistribution avoids premature disposal and enables acquisition of items by agencies at a cost they can afford. Please use the drop down menu above, or the related content section to the left, to navigate to our public online auction, donee catalog, and various other programs.
