WHO:  Tennessee Department of Health Healthcare Associated Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance Program with additional expertise from SPICE (North Carolina’s Statewide Program for Infection Control and Epidemiology)

WHAT:  Infection Control in Long Term Care, an educational workshop for personnel working in infection prevention in LTC (including skilled nursing, assisted living or Nursing Homes)

WHEN & WHERE: At a location near you and scheduled from 8am – 5:30pm

WHY:  To strengthen infection prevention training and education in long term care and ensure IP’s understand the core elements to implement and manage an infection control program.
