The Office of Homeland Security works closely with each of the 11 Homeland Security Districts to effectively manage the federal grant funds awarded to Tennessee. Homeland Security Districts use federal funds to advance the state's preparedness, protect its citizens and infrastructure and respond to acts of terror or natural disasters.
