Spring Hill Hospital, Inc. has requested that the HSDA review the Administrative Judge’s Initial Order. The HSDA will consider whether to grant the request.
If the request is granted, the HSDA will review the Initial Order and evidence in the record at a later date, to be determined by the Chair, and will issue a Final Order after written and oral argument by the parties.
The HSDA may, in its discretion, decline to exercise any review of an Initial Order issued by an Administrative Judge, in which event the Initial Order shall become a Final Order.
Parties can appeal a Final Order to the Davidson County Chancery Court.
