Marité Pérez is a Mortgage Loan Originator with First Community Mortgage. Representing the Knoxville branch and its Multi-Cultural Lending Initiative, Marité serves the fast-growing Latino demographic in sustainable home ownership. Marité currently serves on the Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission. She led as the President of the Board of Directors of Centro Hispano de East TN for two terms and continues to serve as a member of the board. She was a founder of NAHREP- National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional, a founder of Knoxville’s LGBTQ + Real Estate Alliance, and served as a Citizen Member of The Oak Ridge Site Specific Advisory Board. Marité Pérez is a passionate and dedicated servant leader who strives to help organizations and the community in advocacy, environment, and financial education.
