4.9	SPECIAL PROVIDER PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR TCC	Table of Contents
	A retroactive cash payment may be authorized to a parent or caretaker who verifies he or she paid child care costs during a period of TCC child care eligibility and no direct payment was made to the provider by the Department during that time. The retroactive payment cannot exceed the state maximum rate for the type of child care provided. The parent must provide proof that they met work/education requirements during the period for which they wish to be reimbursed.
