SPECIAL PROVIDER PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR DIVERSION |

A retroactive cash payment may be
authorized to a parent or caretaker who verifies paid child care cost during
a period of Diversion child care eligibility and no direct payments were made
to the provider by the Department during that time. ·
The
retroactive payment cannot exceed the state maximum rate for the type of
child care provided. ·
The
parent/caretaker will be referred to the Certificate Program to request the
reimbursement. ·
The parent
must provide proof that they met the work/education requirements during the
period for which they wish to be reimbursed. |
