Tennessee Child Care Facilities Corporation

The Tennessee Child Care Facilities Corporation (CCFC) was established in 1989 by the Tennessee General Assembly to assist in meeting the financial needs of Tennessee's child care industry. The CCFC is a quasi-state, nonprofit financial agency designed to assist in the enhancement, expansion, and creation of child care facilities through a loan guarantee, a direct loan, and/ or a corporate/community partnership grant.

The CCFC offers the following:

  • Training seminars and workshops in the area of small business management and organizational development.
  • Coordinates and co-sponsors conferences.
  • Provides technical assistance to individuals starting and/or expanding a child care facility.
  • Assists with financial counseling and packaging of loan proposals
  • Publishes a newsletter entitled: "Child Care & Business Exchange" and the monthly "E-NEWS"
