Community and Corporate Partnership Initiative The Tennessee Child Care Facilities Corporation (TCCFC) Community Corporate Partnership Initiative encourages public-private partnerships to expand and improve child care services. TCCFC assists companies an communities in conducting needs assessments, establishes and participates in community coalitions and task forces, provide linkages with state or community economic development initiatives, coordinates financial resources and provides technical assistance to help create appropriate child care options.
