COUNTY OFFICE ACCOMMODATIONS PROCEDURES

Written procedures must be in place in each county to ensure that all staff directly serving clients are aware of how to arrange for accommodations and know who must be consulted to make these arrangements. The procedures must instruct staff and Families First contractors to review the case record for information regarding a disability prior to making a reasonable accommodation decision.
