	It is critical that families in need of child care assistance receive prompt and timely services for the arrangement of child care. Children must be enrolled in a child care program before their parents can report to work, education or training. Good client service must be available in every county from Certificate Program staff and FA staff, to help parents choose a good quality child care program.	Glossary
