COURT AGREEMENTS |

Investigative Services is responsible for
referring appropriate cases suspected of IPV for court prosecution. When the court finds the individual guilty
of IPV, but does not impose a specific disqualification period, the
pre-defined period will be used. If
the court finds the individual not guilty, the individual will not be
disqualified. Investigative Services
will reclassify the claim and initiate collection procedures. |
