1240-1-3-.46(3)	(a) The employment was for 30 hours or more per week, or provided weekly earnings at least equal to the federal minimum wage multiplied by 30 hours. (b) The voluntary reduction of hours caused employment to be less than 30 hours per week by the individual. (c) For applicant households, the quit or reduction of hours occurred within 60 days prior to the date of application or anytime thereafter prior to the disposition of the case. (d) For participating households, the quit or reduction occurred while the individual was participating in the program.	Glossary of Terms
