1240-1-4-.04	Documentary evidence is the primary source of verification although collateral contacts (e.g., banks, car dealers, or real estate firms) may also be resources for verification if written verification is unavailable. The caseworker will verify resource information prior to approval for any household if the household indicates either on the application or during the interview that it has liquid resources.
