21.30	SSI LUMP SUM INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS	Food Stamp Table of Contents

1240-1-4-.15(30)	Payments of large retroactive SSI benefit amounts are now required to be paid in installments to the SSI recipient. The payments are to be paid in not more than 3 installments and will be paid at 6-month intervals. These installment payments are to be excluded as income.	Glossary of Terms
