NOTICE OF RULEMAKING HEARING
The Tennessee Department of Human Services (DHS) will conduct hearings to consider amendments to Department rules, in accordance with state law, regarding registration and enrollment of family day care homes. The hearings will be conducted in compliance with state-approved procedures.
Dates and locations of the hearings are as follows:
Nashville – August 22, 2001, 6:30 pm (CDT), Citizens Plaza Building, 400 Deaderick Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room
Knoxville – August 27, 2001, 6:30 pm (EDT), 531 Henley Street, Seventh Floor Conference Room A
Memphis – August 29, 2001, 6:30 pm (CDT), State Office building, 170 North Main Street, Second Floor Auditorium
