Reduction Report is available for viewing and public comment in DHS district
offices listed below and on the DHS website at http://www.tennessee.gov/humanserv/whatsnew.htm
The report is an optional report for states to submit to the U.S. Department
of Health and Human Service and is used to determine what credit, if any,
a state may receive for its TANF caseload. The credit is then used to

since Federal Fiscal year 1995 and estimate their positive and negative
effects on the caseload.
