There are also physicians and psychiatrists who see clients and are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any medical problem(s) that may arise. The goal of Client Health Services is health maintenance and independent living through specific health care education. Services include:

• Admission History and Physicals
• Physician assessment and treatment
• Psychiatric evaluation and management

• First aid
• Emergency care
• Health education

There is an infirmary where clients can be housed for short-term illnesses. A medical dormitory unit is provided for clients who need assistance with daily living skills. Clients receive assistance with personal care as needed and are individually instructed in self-care skills to help them function as independently as possible and direct their care.
