  • Effective March 30, 2006, all boilers and water heaters over 100,000 BTU/hr are required to receive a permit to install prior to installation
  • Applications are available on our website or by contacting the TN Boiler Inspection Division at 615-741-2123 or toll-free at 1-888-629-2895
  • There is NO application fee
  • Convenient application and response
