North onto Olgatti bridge, and exit at Manufacturers Rd.

From Nashville:

I-24 E to Chattanooga to US 27 North thru downtown.
North onto Olgatti bridge, and exit at Manufacturers Rd.

From Crossville TN area:

I-40 to exit 347 to US 27 South to Chattanooga.
Exit right on Manufacturers Road (before the Olgatti bridge across TN River).
