The Middle Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition Invites You to Join Us for the Tennessee Mental Health Awareness Week October 2-9 2005

HOPING, CARING, RECOVERING, CONNECTING

The Middle Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition is leading the celebration of Mental Illness Awareness Week October 2-9, 2005 to increase awareness of mental illness and substance abuse disorders in our community and remove stigma against persons with brain and substance abuse disorders.

Representatives of mental health and substance abuse agencies, providers, advocates, consumers and families have prepared the program and will carry out the activities.

The Coalition conducts educational activities about mental illness and substance abuse disorders at other times, but concentrates on this period as Mental Illness Awareness Week is celebrated nationally.

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) workshop
