PLANNING

The Division coordinates TDMHDD planning activities and responsibilities, including the development of:

• The TDMHDD Three Year Plan, required by Title 33, Tennessee Code Annotated;
• The Annual Strategic Plan, required by Part 56, Chapter 4, Title 9, TCA,
• The 2007 Joint Annual Report
• 2008 Community Mental Health Services Block Grant Application and State Plan*, and
• The 2007 Community Mental Health Implementation Report and Annual Stakeholder Report*.

The Division coordinates the annual assessment of the public's need for mental health / developmental disability services and supports required by MHDD law.

The Division also provides staff support and coordination of:

• The TDMHDD Planning and Policy Council
• State and regional Mental Health Planning and Policy Councils
• State and regional Developmental Disabilities Planning and Policy Councils
