Housing and Homeless Services

Projects For Assisting in the Transition From Homelessness (PATH)

PATH is an adult homeless program that identifies and provides necessary and appropriate services for homeless persons who have a mental illness. PATH staff members routinely visit food sites, bus depots, shelters, vacant buildings and other public areas frequented by homeless persons. Case management is the foundation of the service delivery system and PATH funding supports programs in Knoxville, Nashville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Jackson, Clarksville, Murfreesboro and Johnson City.
