Prescription Assistance Programs
available to people losing TennCare:
- Beginning January 1, 2007, Tennessee launched CoverRx, the state's
new pharmacy assistance program. The program is designed for low-income
individuals at or below 250 percent of the Federal poverty level in
addition to other eligibility criteria. Benefits include access to approximately
250 medications with a sliding scale co-pay.
