Division of Special Populations
TDMHDD Division of Special Populations is responsible for developing, expanding and monitoring a comprehensive continuum of services for citizens of Tennessee across the lifespan, who are at risk of developing or have been diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance, or serious and persistent mental illness. These populations include but are not limited to children and youth and the elderly.
