The Division of Employee Learning and Development offers a wide range of consultative services. These services are designed to meet training and development needs that are not met by regularly scheduled course offerings. EL&D Learning Consultants are available to assist agencies with needs assessments, along with determining learning strategies to accomplish training goals by means of workshops, seminars, retreats and customized courses. Examples of EL&D’s consultative services are Team Building, Workplace Relationship Development, Leadership and Management Skills, and Conflict and Change Management.
