Requirements to ecome licensed or certified will be changing no later than January 1, 2015.Requirements to become licensed or certified will be changing no later than January 1, 2015. Applications must be received in the Real Estate Appraiser Commission office by December 1, 2014 if you wish them to be considered prior to the end of the year.
