Business Tax

These forms are in PDF format. To download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here.

Note to Taxpayers: All business tax returns due on or after January 1, 2014 must be filed and paid electronically. Click here to file and pay your business tax return electronically. Taxpayers may only file paper forms  if the electronic filing requirement creates a hardship upon the taxpayer. Generally, hardship exceptions will include taxpayers who do not own a computer; taxpayers who do not have access to the internet; and taxpayers whose religious beliefs prohibit the use of computers and related technology.

For Prior Period Filers:  If the forms above are used for business tax periods ending September 30, 2013 or before, due dates are based on a taxpayer's classification.

Old due dates are:

  • Classification 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D - Feb. 28
  • Classification 2 - May 31
  • Classification 3 - August 31
  • Classification 4 - November 30
  • Classification 5 - February 28

Changes to the business tax, which include due dates that now correspond with a taxpayer's fiscal year instead of its classification, went into effect January 1, 2014. The old due dates still apply for tax periods before business tax changes went into effect.
