Duplicate Registration

To obtain a duplicate certificate of registration by mail, submit a notarized request identifying your license plate number and vehicle identification number, along with the required fee of $.50, to:

If your request requires certification, enclose an additional fee of $.50 for this service making it a total of $1.00.
