Rules and Regulations

Rules and rule changes approved by the board are filed with the Secretary of State following review by the Attorney General. Rules become effective 105 days after publication in the Tennesseee Administrative Register, absent a stay of the effetive date by the Government Operations Committee.

Proposed Rules
