AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 49, Chapter 50, relative to the Goodwyn Institute Commission.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-219(a), is amended by deleting item (7) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-225(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Goodwyn Institute Commission, created by Section 49-50-702;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
