AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 16-15-101, relative to the general sessions court in any county having a population of not less than twenty-three thousand three hundred fifty (23,350) nor more than twenty-three thousand three hundred eighty (23,380) according to the Federal Census of 1950 or any subsequent Federal Census.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 16-15-101, is amended by deleting subsection (b) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
