AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 5-6-105, relative to compensation for county executives.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 5-6-105(b), is amended by deleting subdivision (4) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect September 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
