AN ACT To amend The Tennessee Employment Security Law, Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-7-303(a)(8)(A)(i).

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-7-303(a)(8)(A)(i), is amended by inserting the following new language between the words "base period or chargeable employer" and the language "; and":

; provided, however, that no reduction shall be made if 100% of such pension is rolled into an individual retirement account (IRA).

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming law, the public welfare requiring it.
