AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-3-1108; Section 11-4-201; Section 11-14-308; Section 67-4-409 and Section 70-1-201, relative to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-3-1108(d)(4), is amended by deleting in the first sentence the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 11-4-201(i)(3), is amended by deleting the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 3. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 11-14-308(b), is amended by deleting the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 4. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-4-409(m)(1)(A), is amended by deleting the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 5. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-4-409(m)(1)(B), is amended by deleting the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 6. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-4-409(m)(1)(C), is amended by deleting the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 7. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-4-409(m)(2)(A), is amended by deleting in the second sentence the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 8. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-4-409(m)(2)(B), is amended by deleting in the second sentence the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 9. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 70-1-201(b)(1), is amended by deleting the words "energy and natural resources" and by substituting instead the words and punctuation "environment, conservation and tourism".

SECTION 10. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
