AN ACT To require obligor information on final judgments and cost bonds in all cases where a party is ordered to pay court costs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. To aid in the collection of court costs, the security given and any order assessing costs shall include sufficient information regarding the unique identity of the party at whose instance the action is brought or who is taxed with costs. In the case of an individual party or parties, such information may include the social security number, driver's license number or other unique identifying number.
